Supporting Our Community Through Critical Decision Training
At Flexpak, we’re committed to empowering our employees and strengthening our community. That’s why we hosted Critical Decision Training, an exclusive, hands-on session led by our local law enforcement partners, on February 8th, 2025.
This training provided our team with valuable skills for assessing and navigating difficult situations—whether at work, in public, or in everyday life.
Participants gained practical insights into:
- Evaluating risks and making confident decisions under pressure
- De-escalating tense situations effectively
- Understanding law enforcement’s approach to split-second decision-making
By partnering with our local police force, we were able to offer this invaluable training experience at no cost to our employees, supporting their growth and well-being.
